We aim to ease the intake process for all new clients and pets. We recognize that coming to a new veterinary hospital can sometimes be stressful for pet parents and their pets. To promote a calm environment, we provide separate entrances and separate exam rooms for dogs and cats. To keep the dogs happy and relaxed, we have a bucket full of dog treats in the lobby and exam rooms. To ensure that our feline patients are comfortable, cat toys are provided in our feline exam room and soothing music plays in the feline ward.
Before you visit, we recommend that you e-mail or fax your pet’s medical records to our office. Our fax number is (512) 288-5538, and our email is email@example.com. It is also important to know the name and dosage of your pet’s current medication. By having this important information, we can quickly and efficiently get you checked-in, diagnosed, and treated.
Please note that we are on Highway 290 West, just a few miles west of the “Y” at Oak Hill. Sometimes new clients take Highway 290 East, and end up in Manor 45 minutes away, and we don’t want that to happen to you!
