We’re Here for You! COVID-19 Protocols for Your Safety

COVID_FREE3

Your pets are an important part of your family (and ours!), so we remain open during our normal hours to serve you. We invite you to schedule appointments as usual, and we have adjusted our office visit protocol to ensure your safety.

Here’s a quick glimpse into our Safe Patient Protocol:

1.) Schedule an appointment or procedure as usual

2.) Once you arrive for your appointment, please call us at (512) 288-1040 to let us know you are here

3.) A client courier will meet you at the front door to conduct your intake process. To ensure your safety, we will interact with our clients outside of the building.

4.) Our doctors and technicians will be communicating with you via phone during exams and procedures. We are also conducting payments via text for your convenience.

5.) We appreciate your patience and understanding as we assist you during these unique times!

Please feel welcome to call us if you have any additional questions.

**Call us at (512) 288-1040 for additional details.***
