Your First Visit
When you arrive, grab a seat on the sofa and relax while we welcome you and your beloved pet. Enjoy a freshly brewed cappuccino as we prepare everything for your visit.

Stress-Free Environment
We understand that visiting a new veterinary hospital can be stressful for both pet parents and their pets. To create a calm environment, we offer separate entrances and exam rooms for dogs and cats.

For Dogs: We have a bucket full of dog treats in the lobby and exam rooms to keep our canine friends happy and relaxed.
For Cats: Our feline exam room is equipped with cat toys, and soothing music plays in the feline ward to ensure our feline patients are comfortable.

Before your visit, please email or fax your pet’s medical records to our office. Our fax number is (512) 288-5538. Additionally, knowing the name and dosage of your pet’s current medication is crucial. This information helps us check you in, diagnose, and treat your pet quickly and efficiently.

Directions
We are located on Highway 290 West, just a few miles west of the “Y” at Oak Hill. Please be careful not to take Highway 290 East, which leads to Manor, 45 minutes away. We want to ensure you arrive at the right location!
