Appointment Cancellation
AVDH is committed to providing exceptional care. Unfortunately, when one patient cancels or reschedules without giving enough notice, they prevent another patient from being seen. Please call us at (512) 288-1040, 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to notify us of any changes or cancellations. To cancel or reschedule a Monday appointment, please call our office by 1 p.m. on Friday. If prior notification is not given, you will be charged a fee of $68 for the missed appointment.
The cancellation fee also applies if you are a no-show to your appointment.
Payment
Payment is due at the time services are rendered. We accept a variety of payment options, including cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, checks, CareCredit, and ScratchPay.
